1. Information

The information about sleep apnea therapy and sleep apnea syndrome on the Website is provided solely for the general benefit of the user and participants and does not constitute medical advice. The Website and the therapeutic tool are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information provided by the website is not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

2. Health

PRODIDGERIDOO is in no way responsible or liable for the health of the participants. In case of health problems or specific questions, please contact your doctor. Each participant is responsible for their own health and for themselves.

3. Assurance

PRODIDGERIDOO makes no representations or warranties that the use of the website and/or the therapeutic instrument will produce any particular result. Likewise, training progress may depend on factors that cannot be influenced (such as physical condition or certain preexisting health conditions).

4. Acquisition of the therapeutic instrument (sleep apnea therapy).

The therapeutic instrument is included in the cost of sleep apnea and respiratory therapy and cannot be purchased separately. Except for the ApnoeDidge 3D for on the way or travel use. The ApnoeDidge 3D is only available to patients/clients who have attended sleep apnea and breathing therapy at PRODIDGERIDOO.

Insurance / Liability

Since PRODIDGERIDOO has no health insurance approval, participants must cover the costs of therapy (sleep apnea and breathing therapy) themselves. PRODIDGERIDOO declines any liability for damages of any kind, which occur in connection with the event (accidents during the lessons, etc.). Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

Registration / Prevention

Registrations can be made via the PRODIDGERIDOO website by completing the online registration form and are binding! It is also possible to register by telephone or via the contact form. The registration period ends one day before the start of the course or therapy. If the appointment for the courses and therapies is not kept (in case of no show) without personal cancellation (at least 48 hours in advance), a lump sum of CHF 80.00 will be charged. The prepaid course and therapy costs will not be refunded. Missed courses and therapies can be made up in the same quarter by arrangement. After a timely deregistration, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refund

The refund of the costs is not possible because the number of participants is limited.

Prices / Costs

The prices as well as the costs of the offered courses are calculated per participant. There is no price reduction and inflation for group and individual courses.

The environment is important for PRODIDGERIDOO. Only environmentally friendly materials are used. So that the environment is not burdened and polluted!

Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne (Switzerland).
