This advanced course is aimed at didgeridoo players who have already had some experience, have some basic knowledge and would like to refresh, consolidate and expand it. Or do you simply need more input to progress? Then you are "Welcome" to the Didgeridoo Workshop - Advanced I. In this advanced course, the basics of playing the didgeridoo are consolidated and expanded.

The Didgeridoo Workshop - Advanced I lasts 3 hours and is held in individual lessons or in small groups with a maximum of 6 participants. Everything is shown from A-Z, all in peace, without stress and without time pressure!

Workshop includes:

• lip technique and approach
• build circular breathing (circle breathing) and learn and reinforce techniques with the abdomen and diaphragm
• important principles of rhythm building
• incorporate sound effects rhythmically
• playing technique and musical composition
• meditative and percussive didgeridoo playing
• rythmic interaction in the group
• didgeridoo playing with amplifier for a new sound experience

Learning objectives:

• understand effective lip and blowing techniques
• use circular breathing
• incorporate sound effects rhythmically
• create and combine own rhythms and sound
• playing to rhythm instruments such as rattles, shakers, percussion instruments, cajón, etc.

The philosophy of the workshop is to take home as much input and inspiration as possible and to get an overview of didgeridoo playing, circular breathing and much more.

Prerequisite / Prior knowledge

Beginner level. Basic knowledge and mastery of the fundamental. Circular breathing (circular breathing) is an advantage, but not mandatory.

This workshop has nothing to do with snoring and apnea syndrome. Is not a therapy!

The public transport is in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the course location in a few steps.

CHF 250.00
for 3 hours of lessons: You bring your own didgeridoo to the workshop.

CHF 290.00
for 3 hours of lessons: The price includes a plastic tube with wooden mouthpiece, so you can immediately implement and practice what you have learned at home!
(incl. documents, confirmation of participation and much more...)

CHF 270.00
for 3 hours of instruction: You will be loaned a plastic pipe with wooden mouthpiece, for the workshop.

Method of payment:

• cash payment on the day of the course
• payment on the day of the course with TWINT 
• prepayment via e-banking or payment slip

Registration / Preventing

If you would like to participate in a workshop, please register (see worshop dates). You can register online by completing the registration form, by telephone or using the contact form and is binding! The registration deadline is one day before the start of the workshop.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration (at least 48 hours in advance). If you do not attend the workshop (no show) without canceling in person (at least 48 hours in advance), a lump sum of CHF 80.00 will be charged. The prepaid course fees will not be refunded. Missed workshops can be made up in the same quarter. If you cancel your registration in good time, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

For a new registration you can register again via the workshop dates, by telephone or via the contact form.

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Any liability is declined.

PRODIDGERIDOO maintains transparent and open communication.

After the didgeridoo workshop, you will receive a login (password) for practicing by e-mail in order to receive the latest practice files in the easiest and safest way. Download and/or view directly online.
