Do you simply need more input to improve your didgeridoo playing? Then you are "Welcome" to the Didgeridoo Workshop - Advanced II. This workshop is aimed at didgeridoo players who already have some experience, have mastered the basic tone and circular breathing and can play simple rhythms on the didgeridoo. In this workshop, the "basics" are first repeated and refreshed so that what comes next is easier to understand. Next, the new techniques will be integrated into simple rhythms in order to deepen and automate them.

The Didgeridoo Workshop - Advanced II lasts 3 hours and is held in individual lessons or in small groups with a maximum of 6 participants. Everything is shown from A-Z, all in peace, without stress and without time pressure!

• reinforce circular breathing and the techniques with the abdomen and diaphragm
• breathing combinations (Tu-Huhm breathing, Tu-Wie-Huhm breathing)
• incorporate sound effects rhythmically
• incorporate Wobble (Wobble Rhythm) in didgeridoo playing with circular breathing
• deepening into meditative didgeridoo playing
• rhythmic interaction in the group (percussive and meditative)
• didgeridoo playing with amplifier for a new sound experience

Learning objectives:

• exercises to strengthen circular breathing
• understanding breathing combinations (Tu-Huhm breathing, Tu-Wie-Huhm breathing)
• incorporate sound effects rhythmically
• create and combine own rhythms and sound
• meditative and percussive didgeridoo playing
• rhythmic interaction
• playing to rhythm instruments such as rattles, shakers, percussion instruments, cajón, etc.

The philosophy of the workshop is to take home as much input and inspiration as possible and to get an overview of didgeridoo playing.

Prerequisite / Prior knowledge

Beginner level, advanced level I. Mastery of the fundamental and circular breathing (circle breathing).

This workshop has nothing to do with snoring and apnea syndrome. Is not a therapy!

CHF 250.00
for 3 hours of lessons: You bring your own didgeridoo to the workshop.

CHF 290.00
for 3 hours of lessons: The price includes a plastic tube with wooden mouthpiece, so you can immediately implement and practice what you have learned at home!
(incl. documents, confirmation of participation and much more...)

CHF 270.00
for 3 hours of instruction: You will be loaned a plastic pipe with wooden mouthpiece, for the workshop.

Method of payment:

• cash payment on the day of the course
• payment on the day of the course with TWINT 
• prepayment via e-banking or payment slip

Registration / Preventing

If you would like to participate in a workshop, please register (see worshop dates). You can register online by completing the registration form, by telephone or using the contact form and is binding! The registration deadline is one day before the start of the workshop.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration (at least 48 hours in advance). If you do not attend the workshop (no show) without canceling in person (at least 48 hours in advance), a lump sum of CHF 80.00 will be charged. The prepaid course fees will not be refunded. Missed workshops can be made up in the same quarter. If you cancel your registration in good time, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

For a new registration you can register again via the workshop dates, by telephone or via the contact form.

Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Any liability is declined.
